Description
This study concerns the implementation of the voluntary land consolidation of the agricultural holdings in the areas of Sisanio, Loukomio, Kaisareia, and Spartos, in accordance with the provisions of Law 674/1977, as amended by the relevant articles and provisions of Laws 3147/2003, 4061/2012, and 4235/2014.
The primary objective of the project is to create land ownership structures that will support viable agricultural enterprises. Within the framework of the land consolidation process, the following issues will also be addressed:
The restitution of all illegally cultivated land to the appropriate public or private entities.
The resolution of cadastral disputes.
A significant reduction in production costs.
Support for structural changes in crop cultivation, in combination with the necessary new technical infrastructure.
The studies and services foreseen for each land consolidation project include:
Triangulation survey for the local settlement.
Preparation of topographic base maps and cadastral survey using ground-based methods.
Support to the expert committee.
Support to the land consolidation committee.
Preparation of diagrams for the qualitative classification of existing agricultural parcels.
Clarification of ownership rights of existing properties.
Allocation of new land parcels and associated parallel works.
Environmental impact study and issuance of the Environmental Terms Approval Decision (AEPO).
Identification and adjudication of new land parcels.
Result
Promotion of the development of the primary sector.
