The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with international growth ambitions. Established by the European Commission in 2008, the Network brings together over 600 organizations—such as chambers of commerce, regional development agencies, innovation support centers, and research institutes—across more than 60 countries.

Its mission is to help European businesses innovate and expand globally by offering a comprehensive range of services including international partner matchmaking, tailored advisory on EU laws and standards, support for accessing funding opportunities, and guidance on innovation and technology transfer. EEN advisers work closely with companies to enhance their competitiveness and resilience, with a strong focus on digital transformation, sustainability, and international collaboration.
